chicken wings

tablespoons
oil
OR melted butter

mayonnaise
Seasoning mix

tablespoon
dried parsley flakes

Gentle Sweet
OR another low carb sweetener like Swerve

ground paprika
1/2
teaspoon
ground cumin

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
smoked paprika

black pepper
and/or chili powder, cayenne pepper, hot sauce; to taste
Instructions
Combine chicken, oil, butter and seasoning in a large bowl. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for up to overnight, at least 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 375°F. Spread chicken on baking pan and bake in the hot oven for 40-50 minuets until done. Finish under the broiler for a few minutes.
