  • 1/4 cup blanched chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut OR coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup oat fiber
  • 1/4 cup ground golden flax
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk


  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or strong blender and process until finely ground. Store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks or in the freezer for a month.
