These Keto Chicken Wings are incredibly easy to make, but taste absolutely delicious! The wings are smothered in a delicious, low carb coating and then baked to crispy perfection.

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons oil OR melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Seasoning mix

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Gentle Sweet OR another low carb sweetener like Swerve
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper and/or chili powder, cayenne pepper, hot sauce; to taste


  • Combine chicken, oil, butter and seasoning in a large bowl. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for up to overnight, at least 20 minutes.
  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spread chicken on baking pan and bake in the hot oven for 40-50 minuets until done. Finish under the broiler for a few minutes.
